Saybrook Will Welcome You Home

Located in unincorporated King County, just outside of the official Woodinville city limits, the Saybrook neighborhood is the picture of tranquility. This residential neighborhood is nestled into a wooded area approximately 45 minutes from downtown Seattle. People choose to call Saybrook Woodinville home largely because of the quiet respite that this neighboorhood provides to its residents while still boasting a number of conveniences.

In addition to its close proximity to all of the advantages of the big city of Seattle, the neighborhood is also conveniently located to the city center of Woodinville as well as the charming town of Duvall. Residents also enjoy easy access to Redmond and Kirkland, giving people an abundance of job opportunities within a stone’s throw of the area.

You will start your tour of Saybrook when you turn off of Woodinville-Duvall Road and immediately notice the gorgeous tree-lined entrance to this enchanting community. In the spring, the trees come alive with beautiful buds while the autumn months bring the bursting colors of fall as you wind around the welcoming thoroughfare. It is not uncommon to spot various types of wildlife in this area of Woodinville, including brown bears, coyotes, and deer.

The established neighborhood was built in the 1990s by the well-respected Buchan Homes group. The majority of the homes are set on estate lots of approximately one acre in size. The exquisite homes range in size between 2,800 and 4,000 square feet, giving families plenty of room to grow.

Logistical Considerations

Saybrook Woodinville is served by the award-winning Northshore School District. The neighborhood is home to East Ridge Elementary, providing a cozy school for grades kindergarten through fifth grade located within walking distance of all of the homes. Nearby Timbercrest Middle School is only a few miles away and serves students in sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. High school students attend Woodinville High School for their secondary education needs.

Residents of this neighborhood are only about 10 minutes from a shopping plaza that includes a major chain grocery store, restaurants, an exercise studio, a pharmacy, and more. The nearby Cottage Lake delivers countless outdoor recreational opportunities, including a playground, a swimming and fishing lake, a picnic shelter, and biking and running trails.
